Bupa
Senior Delivery Manager & Release Train Engineer
Delivered and launched the new "Chemist Delivery" online pharmacy product in 6 months by planning and co-ordinating 10 interdependent teams across and external to the organisation.
Support 4x agile digital squads working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) patterns across Melbourne, Sydney, Philippines and India by leading agile release processes such as PI planning, and aligning internal and external teams.
Australia Post
Digital Project Manager
Delivered and launched the new "Metro" next-day parcel product in 3 months by rapidly planning and co-ordinating 12 interdependent teams across 15 different systems.
Planned and initiated a 2-year program to simplify the international parcel sending experience, delivering with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) patterns, co-ordinating 10 teams across 20+ systems
Australia Post x QBE + Western Union + Mastercard
Digital Project Manager
Delivered and launched Australia Post’s new suite of insurance products, powered by QBE, providing Australians with car, home and contents insurance.
Transformed the customer and staff experience for Western Union retail international money transfers provided at Australia Post outlets. We streamlined the customer and staff journeys, removed physical forms and integrated a digital PINpad experience in a way never seen at outlets before.
Delivered and launched Australia Post’s new suite of prepaid card products, in collaboration with Mastercard, consisting of a Travel Card, Everyday Card and Gift Card. We also launched customer portals and mobile apps to support customer experience.
City of Melbourne
Digital Project Manager
Managed the digital transformation of City of Melbourne’s customer services using an iterative approach, building the .NET digital platform up modularly by service. We leveraged customer research and testing, collaborated with back office teams, and integrated it with the rest of the City’s new ecosystem, including Salesforce through Mulesoft, and provided a human-centred experience rarely seen in councils.

Digital Project Manager
Managed the design and development of nlc’s new website, supporting their strategic expansion into the consumer market segment. Although the UX feels simple on the outside, there's a high degree of sophistication behind the website’s innovative single-page architecture (SPA) architecture. The things we do to delight the customer!
AMP
Digital Solutions Consultant; Project Manager
Part of a multi-disciplinary team that designed and launched Australia’s first iOS / Android app that consolidated customers’ superannuation, investments, banking and insurance products into the one seamless digital experience.
Provided digital business governance in Australia’s largest financial services platform migration of 120,000 customers and $12 billion FUM.
Managed an array of initiatives to rebrand, migrate and decommission 300+ Lotus Notes apps and 175 domain names as part of AMP’s acquisition of AXA.
Managed the migration of 100,000 NZ KiwiSaver customers to AMP’s strategic platform, working with teams across Melbourne, Sydney and Wellington.

Enterprise Release Manager
Planned and managed complex quarterly Enterprise Releases and monthly Divisional Releases that implemented dozens of projects, engaging 40+ key stakeholders each Release.
Galaxy Macau
Program Governance
Provided program implementation governance for the launch of one of Asia’s largest hotels and casinos involving over a dozen integrated systems and business units.
IBM x Telstra
Project Manager
Managed a technical team of 40+ full-time people supporting part of Telstra’s vast IT infrastructure, leveraging off a hybrid Melbourne / Bangalore resource model to drive costs down and provide round-the-clock support capability.
Managed delivery of a scalable archiving solution that reduced Telstra’s operational expenditure through systematically archiving data from an array of different architectures.
IBM x Foster's Group
Developer; Tester
Built Oracle forms and reports tailored to Foster’s new enterprise financial system.
